All clients will receive training before participating in any of our activities (wakesurf, efoil, foil, and jetsurf)—not only on how to perform the activities, but also on safety rules and regulations for the lake. By signing up and beginning a lesson, the customer personally assumes the risks associated with the watersport activity. All equipment must be used solely for watersports, with common sense and due care (in the case of minors, responsibility lies with their legal guardians). The customer also agrees to follow the instructions provided by the instructor/captain. YourWave – Petr Hozak assumes no liability for injury to persons or damage to property.
